Speak, Educate, and Connect With Motivated Graduate-Level NIW Prospects
The most successful NIW applicants arrive at an attorney’s office already prepared. They understand the pathway. They have built the right profile. They are ready to move forward. Our platform creates exactly those applicants — and we are inviting select immigration attorneys and law firms to be part of the process.
What We Do
We host small, domain-specific NIW educational webinars for international graduate students. Our audiences include MS and PhD students in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, information technology, business, public health, and other research-driven fields.
Our focus is entirely educational. We explain what NIW is, how it works, and what a strong profile looks like — in plain language, without providing legal advice. When students are ready to take the next step, they need an attorney. That is where our partner firms come in.
Why This Is Different
Our platform does not reach casual browsers. It reaches serious, pre-qualified prospects who are already pursuing graduate-level research in NIW-relevant fields. They are actively building publications, presentations, and collaborations. Many are one to three years away from filing — giving your firm time to build a relationship before the consultation even begins.
These students arrive educated. That makes your consultations more efficient and more productive from the first meeting.
Opportunities for Attorney Partners
Speaking Roles at Field-Specific Webinars Present to focused groups of graduate students organized by discipline. Sessions are small, professional, and designed to showcase your expertise — not fill a room with unqualified leads.
Live Q&A Participation Answer general educational questions from an engaged student audience. This format positions you as a trusted resource. It is relationship-building, not pitching.
Long-Term Prospect Visibility Our students are preparing now for petitions they may file years from now. Early visibility within this community creates meaningful, lasting positioning for your firm.
Featured Profile in Our Network Partner firms are presented to our student network as recommended educational resources — giving your firm ongoing visibility between webinar events.
How We Protect the Ecosystem
We maintain clear boundaries. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent students legally. We do not compete with participating attorneys in any capacity.
We also coordinate carefully among participating firms to maintain a professional, non-competitive environment. Every attorney partner can trust that this platform operates with integrity.
About the Founder
Dr. Mamoon Rashid, PhD, MBA, obtained his own EB-2 NIW and is now a U.S. citizen. He has spent 18 years working with international students and currently serves as an e-learning developer for a U.S. government agency. He built this platform out of a genuine commitment to responsible student preparation — and a deep respect for the legal professionals who take those students across the finish line.
Law firms trust this platform because it is run by a credible educator who understands where education ends and legal practice begins.
Let’s Explore a Partnership
If your firm serves EB-2 NIW clients and wants to reach motivated, research-oriented graduate students through a structured educational platform, we welcome a conversation.
